On Thursday 17 May at 20:00 a concert titled Legend. Suites. Transparencies., performed by the academic orchestra B-Sharp will be held in the RSU Great Hall.
The orchestra B-Sharp, founded last year, combines students from a number of universities and led by conductor Artūrs Gailis, will perform a concert to end the season for those who appreciate their talents - titled Legend. Suites. Transparencies. The programme includes the following works: Leģenda by Jāzeps Mediņš, Capriol Suite by Peter Warlock,Transparences by Līva Blūma and St. Paul’s Suite by Gustav Holst.
