The study programme "Clinical Pharmacy" has been designed as an integrated study programme, involving branches of biochemistry, genetics, immunology, toxicology, economics, pharmacy and others, in order to solve current problems significant to clinical pharmacists.

Aim of Study Programme:

The aim of the professional programme is to prepare highly qualified and competitive health care specialists in clinical pharmacy in order to ensure a rational, safe and economically appropriate pharmacotherapy.

Main objectives of Study Programme:

  • Prepare specialists so that they have profound knowledge and skills in the research of clinical pharmacy.
  • Provide students with the skills to apply logical technique in patient consultation on drugs.
  • Promote the competitiveness of specialists in the local and international labour market.

Assessment methods:

Evaluation system for each subject is specified in the course description. Students are acquainted with the evaluation criteria at the beginning of each course. Assessment of knowledge is carried out in the following ways: attendance at lectures and seminars, testing of knowledge and practical skills during seminars using MCQs or short questions; examinations and credit tests; credit tests at the end of a study subject; theoretical or practical individual projects; presentation of a Master’s Thesis.
