It is possible to transfer to RSU from another university.
The general requirements for credit transfer are as follows:
Your previous university is located in an EU/EEA country or in Switzerland.
If your previous university is located outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland, the transfer is still possible provided that the university in question ranks high among the world's top universities (QS World University Rankings, The Times Higher Education World University Rankings or The Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU, Shanghai Ranking Consultancy)).
You have obtained at least 60 ECTS and have finished one full year (all subjects passed) at your previous university.
Your academic performance (grades obtained in the subjects taken at your previous university) is good or excellent.
You are currently a university student or have been a university student during the last 4 years.
If your previous university education complies with the criteria above, you can apply for credit transfer. If not, you will be required to start from the first year if you are admitted to RSU.
The applicants applying for credit transfer have to submit a full application document package together with a certified (signature, stamp) academic transcript in English that is issued by the other university.
It is also possible to transfer from RSU to any University in the EU and EEA, and the ECTS credits obtained at RSU are transferable.
Transfer students must follow the same application procedure as all other RSU applicants.
If you would like to claim exemption from any study subjects at RSU, you must do so indicating it in the online application form and by sending us all relevant academic documents BEFORE THE APPLICATION DEADLINE. You will find the up-to-date course plan under the 'Curriculum' section of each programme. After the application deadline, it will no longer be possible to make any changes in the study plans!
