| Preliminary Knowledge: | Necessary previous knowledge - acquisition of the study course Legal Theory. | ||||||||
| Objective: | To provide the student with in-depth knowledge that gives an understanding on the legal regulation of administrative violations and the ability to apply such knowledge in practice within the framework of one’s authority. Tasks: To develop students’ ability to evaluate the level of public risk of an illegitimate act, develop the skills of recording administrative violations and within the framework of one’s authority, handle cases dealing with such violations, to train practical skills in administrative violations record-keeping. | ||||||||
