Preliminary Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of organisational theory and management, personnel management in a small and medium-sized enterprise.
Objective:
To reveal the significance of an individual's personality in solving psychological problems in an organisation.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to explain power and its types within the organisation, identify conflicts and explain stress management, and recognise organisational psychology theories and how to apply them.
Skills:Students will be able to discover and evaluate their potential in the organisation, as well as to identify and solve psychological problems in the organisation.
Competencies:Ability to conduct individual, group psychological research under the supervision of a psychologist, using appropriate methods (interviews, tests, surveys).
