Conference data processing

1. By providing your personal data on the registration form, you consent to the processing and storage of the personal data (name, e-mail address, place of work and / or study) required for conference administration purposes including communications and receiving a certificate.

2. Your personal data (name, photos, voice and / or video recording) may be processed when you register for, and participate in, the conference. Your personal data may be used in the legitimate interests of Rīga Stradiņš University, like if the conference is used in marketing and communication activities (including printed materials and social networks), as well as a livestream of the conference.

3. On the day of the conference you have to register in person. During registration your personal information may be visible to other participants of the conference.
