Aim

To pursue academic, research and advisory activities in the fields of health and pharmaceutical policy, healthcare organisation, management, economics and quality management.

The teaching staff group participates in the implementation of bachelor and master’s study programmes in Health Management, Public Health, Rehabilitation and others in both Latvian and English.

Basic tasks

  • To provide a student-centred approach;
  • To provide evidence-based and internationally up-to-date study content;
  • To cooperate with academic and scientific departments at RSU;
  • To cooperate with professional organisations in the sector;
  • To attract professionals from the industry in the implementation of study courses;
  • To cooperate with European higher education institutions in the development of study content;
  • To attract international lecturers in the implementation of study courses.
