About Study Course
Objective
To test the competence of master students in the profession – the ability to lead a supervision session (individual or group), to conceptualize what is happening in the session and to answer the questions of the commission.
Prerequisites
All compulsory, limited choice and optional study courses have been acquired.
Learning outcomes
Describes and justifies the choice of theoretical approach to work in individual or group supervision. Describes the supervision process using professional terminology.
Choose an appropriate theoretical approach to work in individual or group supervision. Appropriate methods are used in the supervision process. Creates a creative and structured environment based on adult education models. Critically analyzes and evaluates the outcome of supervision.
Organizes, administers and conducts a supervision session (individual or group). Understands the specifics of the professional environment and applies appropriate methods. Observe professional ethics. Performs self-reflection.
