Assessment
Unaided Work:
Systematic, independent analysis of indicated literature, analysis of 1 interpersonal communication/ conflict situation, presentation of independent work reflected in individual and group works. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
Assessment Criteria:
1) participation in at least 75% of classes; 2) timely submitted assignment – a case analysis; 3) defended assignment; 4) passed examination.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Student understands the nature of interpersonal communication and internal communication, analyses factors of interpersonal and internal communication.
Skills:Uses social skills in practice and applies professional communication skills in cooperation with a client and colleagues; distinguishes between effective and ineffective listening; uses interpersonal conflict or internal conflict resolution strategies when dealing with conflicts. Systematically selects and critically analyses the available literature and information that can be used to improve their competences and further professional development.
Competencies:Students apply knowledge and skills in their professional activity, working independently or in a multi-professional team; are able to use theoretical concepts when analysing a specific interpersonal communication case. In their professional work analyse interpersonal communication based on theoretical concepts and develop appropriate recommendations for improving internal and interpersonal communication in accordance with conflict resolution strategies while working independently or in a multi-disciplinary team.
