Preliminary Knowledge: | Knowledge of microeconomics, management theory, corporate strategy, and politics. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | Students carry out 4 practical assignments: conduct a case study, compare solutions, develop proposals, future activity scenarios, and present the results. Students develop one project: international business strategy and plan. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | 1. Attendance of seminars, tests, group work – mandatory. 2. Preparation of practical situations (case study), presentation – 30%. 3. Preparation of Essays – 20%. 4. Exam – 50%. | ||||||||

Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | After the completion of the study course, students will acquire knowledge of international business environment, influence of political, economic and legal systems on it; forms of international business; types of corporate governance; peculiarities of human resource management in international business environment; types of international strategies and possibilities for their development. | ||||||||
Skills: | After the completion of the study course, students will be able to analyse and compare different business solutions, taking into account factors influencing the international environment; develop, demonstrate, and defend a business strategy. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Ability to develop and implement business strategies in a company. | ||||||||
