RSU library services are developed in line with RSU's strategic move towards the status of a science university, creating a research library, as well as adopting best practices from foreign leading university libraries.

It is possible to pay for library services only with cashless money. When making a transfer for using RSU Library services or paying a late fee, you need to use RSU details. Please indicate 'RSU to the Library for (mentioning a specific service)' as the purpose of payment. Send the payment document for late fees to bibliotekaatrsu[pnkts]lv.
