RSU Library information and working hours in September

RSU Library congratulates students at the beginning of the new academic year! We wish strength, passion and fighting spirit, as well as not to give up in front of difficulties!

Due to the epidemiological situation and limitations, a number of important conditions must also be met in the Library:

• Staying in the Library is allowed only with a face mask, and for no longer than 3 hours, observing a distance of 2 metres. Face mask will be provided if needed. 
• Access to shelves is not possible at the Open Access Loan. 
• Free access subscription 24/7 mode is not available.
• Library’s computers will be available only with prior reservation by writing to the Library by e-mail or calling. The amount of Library computers are limited.
• Binding and laminating services are available at Information centre.
• It is suggested to use the List of recommended e-books.
• For book returns use the book drop box at the entrance of RSU main building at Dzirciema iela 16 or at the entrance of Information Centre for Health Care Professionals J. Asara iela 5.

Remote access to RSU Library databases with your RSU username and password is possible via the Student portal.

Before visiting the Library, please contact us and reserve a place, the number of visitors in each reading room is determined according to the size of its premises. Opening hours until 31^st August are available here >
