Objective
To form understanding of medical disciplines, to acquire knowledge of the basics of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
Prerequisites
In anatomy, physiology, communication and ethics.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The student will be able to explain the basics of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in case of diseases of various aetiology, as well as indications and contraindications.
Skills
Students will be able to evaluate the effects of different pharmaceutical forms on the body.
Competence
Students will be able to educate the client and/or their family members about the use of various pharmacological agents.
