Objective

The objective of the course is to introduce to students the socio-economic, political and legal aspects of the international economic and business environment. The course is based on an analysis of of globalisation, legal issues in the international environment and The Green Deal policy. The course will focused on insights of world socio-economic and legal trends as well as involvement of different players in global decision-making relevant to green economic, legal and business trends. Special attention will be given to students' presentations and discussions.

Prerequisites

Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Introduction to the Theory of Law.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

After successful completion of the study course, students will gain insight into the specifics and regularities of the global business environment in the context of entrepreneurship.

Skills

Ability to analyse and study the political and legal environment of global business, to draw conclusions. To understand the specifics of national policy and their impact on entrepreneurship, both locally and globally.

Competence

Ability to analyse the principles and specifics of national policy making; ability to describe specifics of the legal environment.
