About Study Course
Objective
To provide students with the possibility to obtain knowledge on the competences of Public Order Police institutions and work organization in the area of the licensing and permission system.
Tasks:
1. To provide students with knowledge on the tasks of the State Police and the competences of the Public Order Police institutions in the area of the licensing and permission system.
2. To provide students with knowledge on security work licensing and security guards’ certification.
3. To provide students with knowledge on the licensing and certification of detectives.
4. To provide students with knowledge on the control of handling of weapons, special means, explosives and pyrotechnic articles.

Not necessary.
Learning outcomes
To provide students with knowledge on the competences of Public Order Police institutions and work organization in the area of the licensing and permission system.
As the result of acquisition of the subject, students will be able to identify most characteristic problem issues in the area of licensing and permission system, determine the role of individual prevention and its position within the national internal security area.
Students will be able to identify problems in the area of licensing and permission system, develop independent research.
