Assessment
Unaided Work:
Work at the bedside, historical data, simulations, work with literature, including e-environment, resulting in the protocol with the diagnosis of the patient survey, the diagnostic criteria, and the main necessary examination and choose the specific treatment of patients evaluated
Assessment Criteria:
A written exam with a) multiple choice answers 50 questions with an estimate based on percentage of correct answers (75% of the time 50 min.) 2) written responses to the three exam tickets (endocrinology, gastroenterology, and nephrology) - 30 min., 3) the patient's examination and data fixation minutes - 30 minutes. Final exam score is a mathematical average of these three tests.
Final Examination (Full-Time):Exam (Written)
Final Examination (Part-Time):
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Study the subject of learning leading to knowledge of the study list named the gastrointestinal tract, kidney and endocrine diseases.
Skills:Using intelligence data will be able to formulate the most probable diagnosis in internal medicine, will be able to choose the validation data, as well as additional relevant information / investigations, choose the treatment principles and practical application of the given situation, and determine the prognosis for an individual patient.
Competencies:Independently plan inquiries to balance the existing knowledge from previous courses to the new subject matter, be able to organize the examination of a patient acting for the one and 2-3 student group, to be able to use literature, internet, peer and teacher knowledge, and precise formulation of the question, assume responsibility for student group work presentation.
