- To learn about cancer biology and epidemiology, cancer statistics and global trends in cancer incidence and mortality; - To refresh and improve one's knowledge about cancer biology, cancer genetics and molecular biology, course of the disease and metastases; - To understand the principles of cancer screening and early diagnostics; - To understand the principles of cancer diagnostics, surgery, radiation therapy and systemic treatment (hormonal therapy, chemotherapy, targeted treatment options); - To study breast and colorectal cancer main principles of diagnosis and therapy ; - To learn oncological emergencies; - To learn chronic pain syndrom in oncology;

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:To be able to explain concepts of cancer biology, statistics and epidemiology To understand the principles of cancer spread, course of the disease, treatment and rehabilitation
Skills:To be able to interview patients with different sites of cancer disease To palpate, to performe inspection and to read x-rays, CT, US and MRI descriptions of cancer and metastatic disease To interprete laboratory findings of cancer patients
Competencies:To be able to discuss cancer biology, statistics and epidemiology both with physicians and patients and their relatives To be able to communicate on difficult subjects with cancer patient and their relatives To explain prognosis and treatment options to patients and their relatives
