Objective

The purpose of the practice is to strengthen, deepen and test the theoretical knowledge acquired during the study process, mainly in the field of criminal law, civil law and administrative law sciences, acquiring the necessary skills and competences included in the standard of the legal profession

Prerequisites

Prior knowledge of criminal law, civil law and administrative law.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1. the activities of institutions/organizations and legal acts regulating their activities are developed and applied in the defined field of professional activity;
2. legal problems related to the operation of institutions/organizations and their solution options;
3. jurisprudence of the chosen field.

Skills

1. independently develop drafts of legal acts and other legal documents corresponding to the specifics (functions) of the institution/organization's operation;
2. determine the rights and obligations of the involved persons in a specific situation;
3. the ability to solve medium difficulty and complex individual practical tasks;
4. take responsibility and express initiative when completing practice tasks.

Competence

1. independently formulates and analyses legal problems, analyses the effectiveness of the institution / organization and justifies decisions;
2. plans the works to be performed in the institution / organization and evaluates the quality of their execution;
3. demonstrates understanding and responsibility for the possible impact of his activity on the institution / organization and society as a whole.
