During high intensity interval training using rowing and skiing ergometers (training machines) one can significantly improve one's physical fitness – aerobic fitness, power and strength in a very short period of time. Training programmes using ergometers are developed for each person according to their aerobic fitness assessment and functional threshold power test on the basis of the latest scientific research. One training takes approximately 20-30 minutes including the warm up and the cool down. Workout in the weights room provides additional benefits.

** This martial art, based on rhythm, is open for boys and girls of all levels. Especially NEWCOMERS can start any time. Do not worry about your "level of fitness". All lessons are supposed to be challenging – without overstraining you! Strength and flexibility is the result of your own regular practice. And besides movement, Capoeira is about getting into contact with new people that share and enjoy the moment together inside the group. If you would like to get to know about what Capoeira is: visit us! For more information please see www.epcapoeira.net and visit their Facebook page Expressão Paulista de Capoeira - Latvia.
