• by submitting your personal data, i. e., given name, surname, e-mail address, workplace, occupation or professional environment you work in, you agree to the handling and storage of that information required for the administration of the Conference;
• when you register for the Conference and participate in its activities, your personal data (name, surname, photographs, voice and/or video recordings) may be used to ensure the legitimate interests of Rīga Stradiņš University for the presentation of the Conference in marketing and communication activities (including the preparation and placement of material on social networks).
