| Patstāvīgais darbs: | E-studijās ievietoto klīnisko gadījumu analīze un ārstēšanas plānu versiju sagatavošana diskusijai semināros. Tekošo semināru un lekciju e-vidē ievietotās problēmas risināšanai nepieciešamās literatūras un pētījumu rakstu atlase bibliotēkas datu bāzē un šo materiālu izanalizēšana, lai piedalītos uz pierādījumiem balstītā diskusijā par zobu prognozēm, restaurāciju ilgtermiņa rezultātiem, protezēšanas veidu un izmantoto materiālu salīdzinājumam, dažādu terapijas rezultātu analīzei pie disfunkcijām un patoloģijām. | ||||||||
| Vērtēšanas kritēriji: | 1. Klīniskā darba izvērtējums paveiktā darba vienībās, kas dod iespēju % atpoguļot paveiktā darba kvalitāti, izsakot to 10 ballu sistēmā. 2. Noteikts pilnībā izārstēto pacientu skaits – pilna diagnostika, ārstēšanas plāna izstrāde un sekmīgi veikta pilnīga ārstēšana. 3. Teorētiskās zināšanas izvērtētas 5 kolokvijos. 4. Patstāvīgā darba izvērtējums ar izpildītiem pašnovērtējuma e-testiem. | ||||||||

| Zināšanas: | Veiksmīgas studiju kursa apguves rezultātā students spēj parādīt padziļinātas zināšanas, kas atbilst uz pierādījumiem balstītu lēmumu pieņemšanai ārstniecībā, t.i.: • spēs izvērtēt pacienta medicīnisko anamnēzi un esošo saslimšanu ietekmi uz izvēlēto ārstēšanu; • atpazīs gan atsevišķu zobu, gan sakodiena patoloģijas; • sastādīs gan optimālos, gan alternatīvos konkrētās klīniskās situācijas ārstēšanas plānus, pamatojot izvēlēto ārstēšanu un nosakot zinātniski pamatotas ilgtermiņa prognozes; • spēs izvērtēt piedāvātā ārstēšanas plāna etapu realizācijas secības nepieciešamību un piedāvāt optimālu zobu ārstēšanu un protezēšanu; • atpazīs košanas muskuļu un temporo-mandibulārās locītavas disfunkcijas, spēs tās diferencēt no pataloģijām ar līdzīgiem simptomiem; • atpazīs zobu nodiluma cēloņus, spēs izvērtēt ar to saistīto iespējamo oklūzijas vertikālās dimensijas maiņu un piedāvāt restaurācijas variantus. | ||||||||
| Prasmes: | Veiksmīgas studiju kursa apguves rezultātā students spēs patstāvīgi izmantot gan teoriju, gan problēmu risināšanas prasmes, t.i.: • pamatot piedāvāto ārstēšanas plānu; • pareizi lietot terminus; • novērtēt patoloģiju; • noteikt ilgtermiņa prognozi; • izplānot veicamās ārstēšanas etapus un veikt pacienta mutes dobuma ārstēšanu un zobu protezēšanu atbilstoši pamatotajam ārstēšanas plānam. | ||||||||
| Kompetences: | Veiksmīgas studiju kursa apguves rezultātā students spēs patstāvīgi formulēt un kritiski analizēt atšķirīgus klīniskos gadījumus, pieņemot pamatotus lēmumus piedāvātajos ārstēšanas plānos, kā arī kompleksi veikt šo ārstēšanu. | ||||||||
