Preliminary Knowledge:
Fundamentals of physical and rehabilitation medicine, fundamentals of professional practice.
Objective:
To deepen an understanding of the importance of effective multidisciplinary team work in rehabilitation services; to raise awareness on the types of the rehabilitation team and principles of cooperation.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Literature studies; active participation in sessions; case analysis in small groups. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
Assessment Criteria:
At the end of the course cumulative examination based on the two assignments (small groups) during the course: - communication for the teamwork- 50%; - assignment about teamwork in practice- 50%.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students will name and describe the rehabilitation team members, understand rehabilitation team modes and principles of cooperation, understand the rehabilitation services environment.
Skills:Students will be able to recognize the factors that affect teamwork and the use of different strategies to improve the effectiveness of team work.
Competencies:Students will be able to analyse the situation and work with colleagues in multi-professional team, able to discuss and agree on the rehabilitation goals, will be able to share the knowledge.
