The association of human heart valve abnormalities with parvovirus B19 and herpesvirus HHV-6 infection – morphological, virological and biomechanical aspects

The objective of the research is to establish whether viral infections are involved in the pathogenesis of heart valve changes and how they change morphology and biomechanical properties of heart valves
