Clinical audit of the health care institution	To evaluate the clinical areas of the health care institution from the point of view of resources, process and results
Implementation and external evaluation of the quality and patient safety system of the health care institution	To prepare proposals for implementation of the quality and patient safety system and carry out its external (first and repeated) assessment
Organization of patient satisfaction surveys	To develop the questionnaire instrument and conduct patient satisfaction survey
Health technology assessment	To conduct clinical and economic evaluation of health technologies
Disease cost analysis	To evaluate direct and indirect costs of particular diseases
