Objective

Clinical practice, the student gets an idea of the functions of human resource planning in health care and nursing practice, their implementation and evaluation.

Prerequisites

Leadership and management skills in nursing practice; Patient safety, rights, confidentiality, pedagogy in health care. Clinical pharmacology and medication care, basics of clinical care, clinical care, nursing process and nursing theories, interpersonal communication in health care, practice I, II, III, IV, V, VI. etc. 1.- 4. study courses defined in the Nursing program of the study year.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

Knowledge in providing and educating general and specialized patient care, patient safety. Knowledge of effective healthcare organization management, risk management, work organization processes and their management.

Skills

Implement evidence-based care, use a critical thinking approach to patient care. Understanding of the application of healthcare quality improvement methods in the context of patient safety, participating in the quality assurance and improvement process. Understand care team work management, resource planning.

Competence

Ability to implement evidence-based care, ensure continuity of patient care process. Ability to ensure quality and development of nursing practice care.
