About Study Course
Objective
To provide an insight into different organisational management theories and approaches, paying special attention to pressing matters and the specifics of law enforcement authorities for the student to be able to resolve different management situations and problems in professional activity.
Prerequisites
Basics of management.
Learning outcomes
1.Students find their way in main organisational management theories, approaches and theoretical regulations, are aware of the specifics of management of public organisations.
1.Students evaluate a situation in an organisation, analyse the implementation of management functions, justify their opinion on the possibilities of improving organisational management.
1.Students comprehensively analyse functioning of an organisation and its management, independently develop organisational management and development documents.
