Statement by the administration on handling cases of hate speech or violence

Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) takes a zero tolerance approach to hate speech and any threats expressed between individuals.

Anyone who feels threatened or experiences hate speech directed against them is urged to immediately report it to the RSU administration at rectorrsu[pnkts]lv or, if necessary, to the State Security Service by calling +371 6720 8964. Your safety is our priority.

Each report will be dealt with on an case-by-case basis, and if it is confirmed that hate speech or violence has taken place between students, the perpetrators will be expelled.
