About Study Course
Objective
To promote students’ understanding of the professional activity and professional identity of the educator, to improve self-reflection, self-assessment, co-operation and professional development planning skills.
Prerequisites
The student is able to organise his or her teaching work independently, co-operate with the group, reasonably express his or her opinion and use digital tools to perform the study tasks.
Learning outcomes
1.1. Describes the structure of the professional competence of the educator, the importance of professional identity and possibilities for professional development.
1.Self-reflection and self-assessment of their professional activities using reflection methods and self-assessment tools for professional development planning.
1.Cooperate with colleagues in the process of professional development by providing and using constructive feedback.
