Objective
Acquire theoretical knowledge of adult cardiology; clinical, invasive and non-invasive examination methods for adult heart patients; interpret the results of the examinations.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge
1.Upon completion of the study programme, the student acquires basic knowledge of adult cardiology.
Skills
1.Upon completion of the study programme, the student understands examination and treatment principles in adult cardiology. Upon completion of the study programme, the student is able to independently interpret examination results in adults with heart problems.
Competence
1.Upon completion of the study programme, the student is able to independently carry out examination, care and evaluation of a cardiology patient, using the acquired knowledge and modern technologies.
