About Study Course
Objective
The aim of the qualification examination is to test and evaluate the knowledge, skills and competences acquired in the study program.
Prerequisites
In order to successfully acquire the study course “qualification examination”, the student needs the following previously acquired knowledge, skills and competences:Knowledge:knowledge of human anatomy and physiology;knowledge of the principles and training methods for developing physical fitness;understanding the planning principles of training programmes for different target groups;understanding the impact of diet, renewal and lifestyle on fitness and health.Skills:ability to assess the physical condition and functional fitness of the client;ability to develop and adapt individual training programmes;ability to select and apply appropriate training methods;ability to analyse information from professional literature and research.Competencies:ability to plan and organise the training process independently;ability to make sound professional decisions in dealing with clients;ability to communicate and engage professionally with clients and other sports and health professionals.
Learning outcomes
1.Describe and explain the concepts of human health, physical development, ability to work and fitness, as well as the effects of nutrition and lifestyle on physical health.
1.Assess and analyse the fitness, standing, gait and functional ability of the client, as well as the fitness of the physical load to age, fitness and health status.
1.Integrate and apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills by organising a quality training process for different groups of clients.
