Goals of the unit

• Ensure the accuracy of financial data, data standardisation, and automation of financial processes;
• Monitor budget tracking;
• Promote effective communication with structural units and partners;
• Support management decision-making with accurate and timely reports;
• Develop university-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain the established KPI system.

The achievement of these goals and the improvement of planning efficiency is ensured through the use of the latest business intelligence tools and data analysis methods.

Main areas of activity

• Control of financial data and data presentation;
• Preparation of financial reports in accordance with regulatory requirements;
• Analysis of financial reports, providing data-driven insights for management decision-making;
• Budget preparation and tracking control;
• Debtor control in accordance with RSU’s approved process;
• Cooperation with external partners and support for RSU structural units;
• Technical operations related to financial systems;
• Development of financial and accounting records and business intelligence tools;
• University-level KPIs and their systems.
