Objective

Promote the education of highly qualified specialists - biathlon and cross-country skiing senior sports coaches who would successfully plan, organise, manage, and evaluate training - training process, training-methodological classes, and competitions in accordance with the rules of biathlon and cross-country skiing sport and the requirements of the standard of profession of senior sports coach.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of sports theory, pedagogy, sports pedagogy, sports didactic, psychology or sports psychology, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Study courses and knowledge in sports theory, training didactics, pedagogy have been acquired. Successful study courses’ ’pedagogical improvement in qualification’ ’.

Knows the techniques of biathlon and cross-country skiing (skiing steps and other modes of movement, biathlon - specificity of shooting techniques), the methodology for the improvement of biomechanical structures and techniques, training - training process, planning and organisation of competitions;
Knows how to plan your exercise process according to age training
