Objective

Develop and promote the acquisition of knowledge on the application of digital technologies, information technologies and digital telecommunications technologies in art therapy, their capabilities, limitations and specificities. Develop the skills to apply digital technologies, information technologies and digital telecommunications technologies in remote consultation. Critically evaluate existing remote interventions in specialization, summarize methods for solving the chosen problem in the specific target group, and choose the most appropriate art therapy methods.

Prerequisites

All study courses of the 1st and 2nd semester in the professional Master’s study programme “Art Therapy”.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.1. Students are familiar with the application of digital technology, information technology and digital telecommunications technologies in art therapy, their capabilities, limitations and specificities.

Skills

1.Students are able to apply digital technologies, information technologies and digital telecommunication technologies to art therapy.

Competence

1.Students critically evaluate existing interventions in remote art therapy, compile methods, solve the chosen problem in the specific target group, as well as choose the most appropriate methods for providing therapy.
