Objective
The course aims to learn contemporary modes of movement - conscious and somatic movement, dance, yoga and outdoor activities - as a means of promoting personal psychoemotional goodness.
Prerequisites
Specific knowledge of psychology is not necessary. The study course requires academic skills - the ability to navigate scientific literature, gather information and argue, and the ability to plan time.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge
1.Describe the types of conscious and somatic movement, dance, yoga and outdoor activities to promote wellbeing.
Skills
1.Able to assess its own merits by means of an evaluation questionnaire.
Competence
1.Based on the knowledge and practical skills acquired during the course, one is able to develop an individual movement program for a given situation.
