We invite researchers and PhD students to join a hands-on practical workshop on In-Fusion cloning. Participants will learn the complete workflow, from experimental design to seamless plasmid assembly, combining theoretical concepts with practical exercises using SnapGene software. The workshop is supported by BioAvots.

- Mechanism of seamless DNA assembly
- Transformation of competent bacteria
- Clone verification and DNA sequencing
- In silicon cloning using SnapGene software (practical section)
Prior Knowledge Recommended
Participants should have:
- A basic understanding of PCR
- A basic understanding about plasmids and DNA cloning
- An interest in applying molecular cloning techniques to their own research projects
Workshop requirements
- Bring your own Laptop
- Install Snapgene software before the workshop (please do not install “Snapgene Viewer”)
- A temporary educational SnapGene license teaching license will be issued to each participant during the workshop!)
