Functions of the Unit
Areas of activity
- To oversee the creation, timely submission and regular updating of high-quality course descriptions in cooperation with the relevant departments;
- To advise study programme directors and academic departments on how to prepare and update the study programme plan (Form D-1) for the academic year and how to maintain an up-to-date version in the Student Information System (hereinafter - SIS);
- To organise the opening and closing of study programmes and course forms in SIS;
- To advise RSU departments in how to plan the workload of teaching staff and work reports;
- To monitor and analyse academic staff work records;
- To monitor lecturers' planned and actual workload;
- To prepare cost orders for (teaching) work performed;
- To plan and analyse events that are part of the study process ensuring the optimal utilisation of students, lecturers and rooms;
- To establish and update how study time for the academic year is allocated;
- To organise the work and administration of the Council of Deans.
