We kindly ask you to complete this survey if you are an RSU student or employee and have developed or adapted a research instrument (e.g., test, survey, or questionnaire) as part of your research work.

The information provided will be used to enhance the RSU Psychology Laboratory's Registry of Tests and Surveys, which was created to ensure the availability of instruments developed and adapted by RSU students and staff.

Once the application is submitted, the Psychology Laboratory staff will contact you.

Name, surname, email address, phone number – to enable communication with the person and to send necessary information
Name, surname of instrument adaptation or creation author – for instrument identification

Legal basis for personal data processing: Processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Recipient of personal data: University staff. The data is not shared with third parties unless an agreement with the author exists regarding the publication of the instrument.

Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority

The University ensures compliance with data processing and protection requirements in accordance with legal regulations. In the event of complaint, the University takes reasonable actions to resolve them. Rights of the individual

Individuals have the right to access their personal data held by the University. Personas datu saņēmējs: Universitātes darbinieki. Personas dati netiek nodoti citām personām, izņemot gadījumus ja ar autoru ir vienošanās par instrumenta publicēšanas.

Universitāte nodrošina datu apstrādes un aizsardzības prasību izpildi saskaņā ar normatīvajiem aktiem un iebildumu gadījumā veic lietderīgās darbības, lai iebildumu atrisinātu.
