Personal data processing purpose: the creation, maintenance, and improvement of the RSU Psychology laboratory's test and survey register.
 

What personal data may be processed?

  1. The person’s name, surname, e-mail, phone number - to contact the person, and to send the necessary information;
  2. The name and surname of the creator of the adapted or created instrument - to identify the instrument.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data: Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Recipient of the personal data: University staff. Personal data is not transferred to other recipients, except in cases where there is an agreement with the author about the publication of the instrument.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

The University shall ensure that data processing and protection requirements are fulfilled in accordance with laws and regulations and, in the event of objections, shall take appropriate actions to overcome the objection. In any event, the person shall retain the right to apply to the supervisory authority - the Data State Inspectorate, 17 Elijas iela, Riga, LV-1050, telephone: +371 67223131.

Processing and storage of personal data 

Personal data is stored until consent is withdrawn.

Rights of the person

A person has the right to become acquainted with his or her personal data stored by the University. The person also has the right to request for the rectification of such data, as well as the deletion - the person may withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
