The Health Division of the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs (ELS) is announcing a vacancy for one or more Health Policy Analysts. Suitably qualified candidates are welcome to apply before the closing date on 16 January 2022.

The job involves working in a dynamic team of economists, health policy experts and statisticians to develop policy advice on how to improve the performance of health systems. They will work on a number of projects, reflecting countries policy interests and the programme of work of the Health Division.
 
Successful candidates should have a strong background in applying economic concepts to health or in analysing health policies. They should have experience in running complex projects and an ability to work independently. They will be working on one or more projects for the Health Division, such as the resilience of health systems, cancer care, public health and prevention policies, health workforce, analysis of health expenditure and system of health accounts, measuring health outcomes, digital health and data governance, new technologies and pharmaceuticals, or long-term care. The job includes working in a small team under the supervision of a senior health policy analyst/economist.
