Objective

To prepare students for professional work within banking sector of the European Union (hereinafter - EU)

Prerequisites

Law of Obligations, Property Law, Commercial Law

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

After finishing the course the students will get the following knowledges: the sources of banking law; comprehension about bank credits, prevention of money laundering, banking secrets, consumer credits and essence of the international credits; understanding specifics of some bank contracts

Skills

to understand and to apply in practice legal sources of the banking within EU; to apply legal methods in the process of solving legal problems; to search legal information(processing of the legal information); critically analyze new tendencies and opinions of EU banking regulation.
