Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.Medical residents are able to demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of medical theories in ECG analysis and interpretation, which meets the requirements of the specialty of anaesthesiologist, reanimatologist, which provides a basis for creative thinking in clinical practice and partly in research, as well as the ability to work in interdisciplinary interactions.
Medical residents must:
- be able to recognise the ECG signs of the most common dysrhythmias;
- be able to recognise the ECG signs of myocardial trophic disorders.

Skills

1.Medical residents are able to demonstrate successful performance of the manipulations included in the course description in a clinical setting.

- be able to identify the localisation and stage of myocardial trophic disorders;
- be able to differentiate ECG signs of myocardial ischaemia from infarct-like changes;
- be able to accurately form an ECG conclusion.

Competence

1.At the end of the study course, the medical resident is familiar with ECG data analysis and is able to correctly interpret ECG data in the perioperative period.
