Objective

To develop the acquisition of knowledge about kinesiology (human movement-support systems).

Prerequisites

Normal anatomy, normal physiology, biomechanics of the movement-support system.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.After successful completion of the study course, students will be able to name and describe the contractile and non-contractile structures of the human locomotor support apparatus, which ensure the stability and mobility of both individual body segments and the whole body, and will be able to describe their importance during movement and maintaining a static posture.

Skills

1.Students will be able to practically assess joints movements and analyze involved muscle, will be able assess and analyze the specific static and dynamic basic postures, will be able to apply the valuation and analysis skills in various physical activities analysis. Recognize and describe the posture and gait characteristics of a given situation.

Competence

1.Will be able to analyze the involvement and operation of various structures of the movement support system during certain physical exercises, justifying their choice to achieve specific goals.
