About Study Course
Objective
To develop students' knowledge and understanding of the main theories of personality psychology and the importance of individual differences in personality in the context of health psychology. To promote the ability to analyze the relationship between personality traits, temperament, affectivity, stress and adaptation processes with health and health behavior, as well as to identify and evaluate internal resources of personality that promote adaptation, psychological well-being and health maintenance.

1.Describe the main theoretical approaches in personality psychology and their basic principles
1.Compares different personality psychology theories and analyses their explanatory possibilities in the context of health psychology.
1.Critically evaluate the applicability of personality psychology theories and concepts in the context of health psychology.
