In memoriam Mārīte Ārija Baķe (30.04.1942–15.03.2025)

The RSU Laboratory of Hygiene and Occupational Diseases is deeply saddened to announce the death of our former colleague, long-time employee Dr. med. Mārīte Ārija Baķe.

Dr. Baķe was born on 30 April 1942. She was a senior researcher and assistant professor at RSU (formerly - the Latvian Medical Academy and the Riga Medical Institute) from 1970 to 2016. She retired from RSU in 2016.
