Objective

The aim of the course is to understand and use knowledge in the theoretical and practical planning, organisation, management of a variety of outdoor activities towards restoring the physical mental and psychoemotional workability of different groups of society.

Prerequisites

In the professional Bachelor’s programme of sports science, students need knowledge of human functioning, psychological and pedagogical aspects, which give students the opportunity to understand the movements to be performed, in outdoor activities at different times of the year. Knowledge of English is required at a sufficient level to read industry literature and guide course terminology in English.

Knowledge

1.Students will apply and describe recreational types of outdoor activities and their characterisation at different times of the year.

Skills

1.Plan, implement and evaluate recreational infantry trekking, able to work both individually and as a team.

Competence

1.Students are able to apply knowledge and skills to planning, organising, managing, evaluating different hikes.
