About Study Course
Objective
To be able to use interdisciplinary, methodological and problem-solving skills independently to select training/training methods, means, resources appropriate to the training objectives, tasks and achievable training outcomes according to the person’s abilities, performance, age and individual development opportunities over a specific cycle appropriate to the person’s needs.
Prerequisites
Human functioning part 1, geriatric and sports physiology, general and developmental psychology, teaching and learning, health pedagogy, comprehensive physical preparation in sport.
Learning outcomes
1.Outline and understand the standard of profession of “sports coach” qualification (PKL 5).
1.Outline and justify the knowledge and skills of the qualification “sports coach” profession standards (PKL 5) to the chosen sport.
1.Be able to evaluate individuals and teams for comprehensive individual development, coaching and personality growth
needs in line with the principles of inclusive sports education. Be able to set personalized, personalized training process goals and tasks for the person and team during the season/year cycle according to the needs and capabilities of the person and team in diversity.
