Students, researchers, startups, and all sports, technology, and innovation enthusiasts are invited to take part in the SportHack 2025 hackathon – an event aimed at developing new, technology-driven solutions for the sports industry.
Participants will experience a dynamic week filled with creative workshops, mentor support, and the opportunity to compete for a €5000 prize pool!
The event will take place in English and in a hybrid format – both online and on-site, with the final day hosted at Rīga Stradiņš University.
RSU Challenge
People with Down syndrome have the same desire to be active as anyone else but often face physical, psychological, and social barriers that limit participation in sports and exercise.
RSU invites participants to create an inclusive, tech-based solution that motivates and supports their daily movement – for example, an app or a wearable device.
