About Study Course
Objective
To acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for fitness trainers about exercises with free resistances and the conditions for their application in the free weight and functional area.
Prerequisites
Anatomy, sports physiology, biochemistry, basics of health sports, kinesiology.
Learning outcomes
1.Knowledge and understanding of various strength training, exercises with free weights and dumbbells, exercises using your own body weight and the possibilities of applying various exercises to increase strength and muscle mass, strengthen the musculoskeletal system, improve health, prevent injuries and various diseases. Knowledge and understanding of the adaptation of exercises in the functional area to different target groups.
1.Will be able to use any equipment in the functional area, adjust the exercises according to the client's height, weight, physical fitness, will be able to demonstrate the correct technique of performing exercises with the functional area equipment, exercise equipment, free weights and dumbbells for strengthening health and achieving the desired goals for the client or group of clients.
1.Will be able to draw up training programs including functional exercises for client groups and individually, adjusting them depending on the goal. Will be able to conduct classes using various exercise equipment and exercises with your own body weight, free weights and dumbbells, will be able to plan the introduction, main part and conclusion of the lesson.
