Objective
Develop an understanding of the essence of strength training, its application in relation to the correction of muscular imbalance and posture, and the improvement of movement functionality.
Prerequisites
A basic understanding of the structure and functions of the musculoskeletal system;Basic knowledge of physiology (mechanisms of muscle contraction and adaptation);No prior experience in strength training is required; however, students should be prepared for active participation in practical sessions.
