The new season of the RSU Business Incubator begins with a new meeting place for those interested in innovation and start-ups, or simply eager to learn something new: the Innovators Club!

Once a month, the Innovators Club will welcome entrepreneurs, investors and other inspiring personalities. Our guests will share not only their greatest achievements, but also the mistakes, difficult decisions and unexpected setbacks that are sometimes far more interesting than success stories.

Join us on 21 October at the Anatomy Museum in Rīga for the second edition of Innovators Club.

This time, we will meet Aleksandrs Geržatovičs, co-founder of Karma Sock, a Latvian brand that has grown from a simple idea into a recognised manufacturer of premium and customised socks for companies, organisations, and teams. Today, Karma Sock works with clients in Latvia and beyond, proving that even a seemingly simple product can become a successful business when combined with quality, creativity, and a strong brand vision.

During the conversation, Aleksandrs will share the Karma Sock journey: how the company was built from the ground up, how they identified opportunities in a competitive market, and what it takes to create a product that stands out. We will also discuss entrepreneurship, branding, decision-making, growth, and the challenges that come with building a company.

Fun fact: one of Karma Sock's co-founders is also Latvian musician Krists Indrišonoks, better known as Chris Noah.

As always, there will be time for questions, networking, and informal discussions with fellow students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and innovation enthusiasts. Snacks will be provided.
